Earlier, in the previous hearing of the case, Tehreek-e-Insaaf submitted its response and said that the Election Commission wants the Supreme Court to revive the doctrine of necessity. Tehreek-e-Insaaf requested the Election Commission to reject the review appeal and said that the Election Commission has raised new points in the review appeal, while new points cannot be raised in the review appeal, the Election Commission wants to give fresh arguments in the review appeal. . It should be noted that the Supreme Court had ordered elections to be held on May 14 in Punjab while passing the verdict on April 4.
