The Supreme Court will hear the petitions filed against the alleged Audio Leaks Commission today. A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial will hold the hearing at 11:00 today. Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Shahid Waheed are included in the bench.
According to the details, four petitions were filed against the judicial commission set up to inquire into the alleged audio leaks. Imran Khan, President, Supreme Court Bar Abid Zubiri, Riyaz Hanif Rahi and Muqtadar Shabbir filed petitions against the inquiry commission.
The petitions have sought quashing of the notification of the inquiry commission probing the alleged audio.
