Imran Khan challenged Article 245 in the Supreme Court

Imran Khan has decided to approach the Supreme Court against the attempt to dissolve the party and to force the leaders to leave the party. Chairman PTI filed a petition in the Supreme Court through Hamid Khan. The position has been taken in the petition that the summoning of the army under the undeclared martial law and Article 245 has been requested to be annulled.
The petition states that the trial and arrests of civilians in military courts should be stopped, the workers and leaders arrested under the MPO should be ordered to be released, efforts to dissolve Tehreek-e-Insaf should be annulled. A judicial commission should be formed to investigate the incident of May 9.
It has been said in the petition that the attempt to abolish the party is a violation of the constitution, forcing party leaders and workers to separate from the party is against the law. The Supreme Court has issued important decisions in this regard in the past. Arrests are being made without trial by raids, Corps Commander House Lahore is actually Jinnah House and legally a civilian building, there is a law against the trial of Jinnah House attack suspects in military courts. Attempts are being made to destroy Tehreek-e-Insaaf through fear and arrests.
Federal Govt, Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Asif Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto, Maulana Fazlur Rehman along with caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Azam Khan have been made parties in the petition. The stand has been taken in the petition that this whole drama is created by Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz. Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz propagated that Imran Khan wants to bring his army chief. Imran Khan always respected the institutions and stood by them.
