Imran Khan has challenged the audio leaks Judicial Commission in the Supreme Court. A constitutional petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the Judicial Commission. The petition has been filed on behalf of Imran Khan through Advocate Babar Awan.
It has been requested in the petition that the notification of the formation of the Judicial Commission should be declared null and void. In the petition, a position has been taken that no judge can be nominated for the commission without the permission of the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
The Supreme Judicial Council is the only forum for investigation or proceedings against a judge of the Supreme Court. The application has been filed on behalf of Imran Khan through advocate Babar Awan.
