Govt decide to bring a reference against Chief Justice

The federal government has taken a principled decision to bring a reference against Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial, a special parliamentary committee will be formed to finalize the reference, members of various parties will be included in the committee. The authority to form the committee will be given to the Speaker of the National Assembly.
According to the reports, the members of various parties are preparing the draft regarding the powers of the committee and the motion for the formation of the parliamentary committee is likely to be presented in the National Assembly today.
Earlier, while speaking in the National Assembly session, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that the Judiciary has changed the constitution, the government in Punjab was sent home in the same bench, I think it is wrong to take the name of judges of the judiciary, but these people forced is given 4 lakh cases are pending and it starts the petition program, the judiciary is exceeding its powers.
Khawaja Asif said that such a big fraud has taken place, he is happy to see the Chief Justice saying, Parliament should review the Chief Justice’s misconduct. According to the law, the action should be taken, a reference should be filed against the judges in the Supreme Judicial Council.
