After holding back-to-back consultations with his party’s leadership, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is set to announce the dissolution of both assemblies — Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — on December 17.
In his address to the nation via video link, the former prime minister said he consulted his party’s senior leadership on important political matters that needed action.
“I have never seen cases of big dacoits being closed in my 70 years of experience. I am sure that even banana republics don’t do such things,” the ex-premier said.
