Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has announced that construction work on the Sukkur-Hyderabad M-6 Motorway will formally commence next month. In a post on his X handle, he said the M-6 Motorway would give a new impetus to trade and commercial activities in Sindh as well as across Pakistan. Abdul Aleem Khan said President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would be specially invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway project.
