FIR filed as former cricketer Nida Dar’s pet dog goes missing

Gujranwala police have registered a case regarding the alleged theft of a pet dog belonging to Pakistan women’s national cricketer Nida Dar. According to police officials, the FIR was registered by Sadr Police Station on Nida Dar’s application, nine days after the incident occurred. As per the FIR text, the stolen dog is a four-and-a-half-year-old Husky of black and white color, which went missing on December 8. In her statement, Nida Dar said her pet Husky was outside the house for a walk when unknown persons allegedly stole it. She maintained that the dog did not return, prompting her to approach the police for legal action. The FIR further stated that Nida Dar had requested the arrest of the unidentified suspects and the recovery of her stolen pet. Police said an investigation has been initiated and efforts are underway to trace the suspects and recover the dog.
