London High Court Backs Brigadier Rashid Nasir, Declares Adil Raja’s Claims False

The London High Court has ruled in favor of Brigadier Rashid Nasir, dismissing all allegations made by Adil Raja as false and malicious. The court ordered Adil Raja to pay £50,000 in damages along with substantial legal costs. The court stated that all claims made in June 2022 were baseless, unsupported, and false, with the intent to defame Brigadier Rashid Nasir. Adil Raja was also directed to pay £260,000 in interim costs immediately and to prominently display a summary of the judgment across all platforms for 28 days. A strict injunction was issued to prevent the repetition of false claims, with the court warning that non-compliance could result in contempt of court, fines, or imprisonment. The judgment further stated that narratives regarding Punjab elections, alleged meetings, and “regime change” were entirely false, and Adil Raja’s allegations aimed to harm Brigadier Nasir’s reputation, which were proven untrue. Sensitive allegations were completely prohibited, and all payments must be made by December 22, 2025. The court mandated that the judgment link be prominently displayed on all platforms. The decision is being viewed as a major legal victory for Brigadier Rashid Nasir, with the High Court strongly criticizing Adil Raja’s baseless accusations.
