Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi has expressed government’s commitment to meet all the financial, administrative and security requirements to facilitate election commission in holding elections in a free, fair and transparent manner. He was talking to media along with Sindh Information Minister Muhammad Ahmed Shah in Karachi on Thursday. He said it will be our effort to ensure that there is no lack of communication and coordination between federal and provincial governments. A meeting of all the information ministers of the provinces will soon be convened in this regard. He said that elections will be held on 8th February, 2024.
