A delegation of the World Bank on Thursday called on caretaker Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Dr Umar Saif in Islamabad. Matters of mutual interest, bilateral issues, the “Digital Economy Enhancement Project” and other matters were discussed in the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Saif said the project would interlink all the government\u2019s systems and people would be able to access all services from one platform. \u201cA lot of work has been done in the last few years in the provinces and the centre but they are not interlinked,\u201d he added.
