Ali Zaidi announced to quit PTI and politics. In a video statement, Ali Zaidi condemned the events of May 9 and said that after much deliberation, he has decided to quit politics, resigning from all PTI positions.
\nPresident PTI Sindh and former federal minister Ali Zaidi said that we have served Pakistan and came into politics for Pakistan, I condemn the events of May 9 and do it again. Pakistan forces are our pride. We sleep soundly because they protect our borders, what happened on May 9 is wrong, whoever is involved should be brought to book.
\nHe further said that after much deliberation, he made this decision, which was a difficult decision and not an easy decision.When I leave politics, I will resign from all the positions I hold in PTI, including MNA, and I will try to serve Pakistan.
