Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says Imran Khan planned attacks on state installations across the country, people responsible for spreading anarchy on May 9 hiding in Zaman Park.
\nAddressing a news conference in Islamabad today, she said armed protestors destroyed monuments of the martyrs.
\nShe said five to six PTI leaders guided the protestors to vandalize state buildings and installations.
\nThe Minister said condemnation of the incident from Imran Khan is to hide his crimes.
\nMarriyum Aurangzeb said people involved in vandalization are hiding at Imran Khan’s residence at Zaman Park.
\nShe said Imran Khan in his today’s tweet used an AI generated picture to show human rights violations. She said Imran Khan is using fake pictures for propaganda.
\nThe Minister said people have started to quit PTI after 9th May incidents across the country.
\nMarriyum Aurangzeb said Imran Khan was the mastermind of all hooliganism and vandalism done on May 9. She said there is irrefutable against him and his party leaders instigating people to attack designated places.
\nShe said Imran Khan did this under a pre-planned conspiracy to avoid accountability in Toshakhana, prohibited funding and other corruption cases against him.
\nThe Minister said Imran Khan’s condemnation of the May 9 incidents is a guise to hide under, as he saw that people across the country have reacted with strong indignation to his politics of hatred and violence.
\nShe said PTI protestors set Radio Pakistan building on fire and destroyed archives. She said Radio Pakistan has suffered a loss of 250 million rupees. She said if culprits of PTV attack had been punished, they would not have vandalized Radio Pakistan.
\nResponding to a question, she said academies of Radio Pakistan, PTV and Information Services are being integrated to train young professionals in the field of media. She said this integration process will be completed by next month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
