Reddit admits that previous features were outdated and required multiple steps. Reddit is rolling out new features after incorporating feedback related to sharing its posts on social media platforms.
\nWhile launching the new updates, the company acknowledged that its previous sharing-related features were outdated and required a longer process to share any post.
\nTo make it easier, when a user shares any Reddit post link via instant messaging apps, the link will show a visual preview of the content, subreddit name, upvotes tally and number of comments. This way, users can get a preview in the chat window only.
\nUsers can now also share their Reddit posts on Instagram stories directly, without the need of uploading a screenshot.
