Australia Test and ODI captain Pat Cummins has decided to skip next year’s IPL tournament and concentrate on leading his side through a hectic schedule of international cricket.
\nCummins was purchased by the Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 7.25 crore at the IPL auction earlier this year, but the right-arm fast bowler has decided to skip next year’s event in favour of gaining some rest ahead of a busy period for Australian cricket.
\n“I\u2019ve made the difficult decision to miss next year\u2019s IPL,\u201d Cummins said on social media on Tuesday.
