Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Monday congratulated Lieutenant General (Retired) Muhammad Saeed on his appointment as Chairman of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), expressing confidence in his leadership to steer the organization\u2019s vital role in national development.
