\nThe Tesla founder, who now describes himself as a perfume salesman on Twitter, launched his perfume, called Burnt Hair, on October 12. It\u2019s described on its website as \u201cThe Essence of Repugnant Desire\u201d. Ah, just the fragrance you were looking for.
\nRave reviews on the website include, \u201cStand out in a crowd! Get noticed as you walk through the airport,\u201d and \u201cJust like leaning over a candle at the dinner table, but without all the hard work!\u201d
\nThe $100 perfume is available on the website and will ship in the first quarter of 2023. According to Reuters, quite a few people want to smell like burnt hair because Musk has received $1 million worth of orders for the product.
\nIt\u2019s yet to be seen how much this will help the billionaire purchase the social networking site. He struck a deal to buy the site for $44 billion earlier this year but the journey to the actual purchase has been tumultuous, with Musk backing out and then the matter landing in court.
