{"id":1564,"date":"2022-10-10T05:48:22","date_gmt":"2022-10-10T05:48:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.diplomacypakistan.com\/?p=1564"},"modified":"2022-10-10T05:48:22","modified_gmt":"2022-10-10T05:48:22","slug":"pcb-announces-schedule-for-new-zealands-dual-tour-of-pakistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.diplomacypakistan.com\/?p=1564","title":{"rendered":"PCB announces schedule for New Zealand&#8217;s dual tour of Pakistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday announced the schedule of New Zealand&#8217;s &#8220;dual tours&#8221; to Pakistan.<br \/>\nThe Blackcaps will play two Tests as part of their World Test Championship title defence and three World Cup Super League fixtures from December 27 to January 15.<br \/>\nKane Williamson&#8217;s side on the first leg of the tour will play Test matches in Karachi from December 27-31 and January 4-8 in Multan. The team will then return to the port city to play three ICC Super League matches from January 11-15.<br \/>\nThe Karachi Test will be New Zealand\u2019s first in the metropolis since October 1990.<br \/>\nThe second leg of the tour will have five T20Is and as many ODIs. Karachi will host four T20Is from April 13-19, while one T20I and two ODIS will be played in Lahore from April 23- 28.<br \/>\nThe final leg of the series will return to Rawalpindi for three ODIs from May 1-7.<br \/>\nInterestingly, the Black Caps will conclude the second leg of their tour from the same city where they abruptly cancelled their last tour over a &#8220;security alert&#8221;.
