Salman Iqbal, CEO of the platform posted on X (formally Twitter), said: \u201cHaving been in the news business for over 23 years this was a story which was the most difficult one to break, should I tell the world first or his family.\u201d He applauded the journalistic qualities of Sharif and prayed for him. However, the case proceeding is underway in the Supreme Court after suo-moto was taken. The caretaker prime minister of Pakistan Anwaarul Haq Kakkar on October 17 met the Kenyan president and asserted to facilitate the joint investigation team to conclude its report.
