Pakistan will take part within the 21st ASEAN Regional Discussion board (ARF) ministerial assembly to be held in Myanmar’s capital Nay Pyi Taw on Sunday.
The prime minister’s particular assistant on international affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi will lead the Pakistani delegation on the invitation of the union minister for international affairs of the republic of the union of Myanmar, U Wunna Maung Lwin.
The assembly, to be attended by the international ministers and representatives of all of the 27 ARF contributors and the secretary-general of ASEAN, will present a possibility to debate frequent political and safety points and harmonize nationwide international coverage positions and aims via dialogue and cooperation.
The ARF is the primary area huge Asia-Pacific multilateral discussion board for official consultations on peace and safety points. It was established in 1993 as a regional political and safety arm of ASEAN. Pakistan joined ARF in 2004.
On the sidelines of the 21st ARF, Tariq Fatemi will even maintain bilateral conferences with different taking part ministers.
