Case registered in opposition to Pakistani envoy Abdul Basit, Shabir Shah in Indian courtroom


Treason case has been registered in opposition to Pakistan Excessive Commissioner Abdul Basit and freedom motion chief Shabir Ahmed Shah in an Indian courtroom, Indian media reported Saturday.

In line with the Indian media the case has been registered on the orders of Allahabad CGM courtroom. As per report, the petition had been filed by an advocate Sushil Kumar Mishra in district courtroom stating that the Pakistani HC Abdul Basit had met Shabir Shah neglecting the Indian Authorities orders to not meet him which might be seen as treason. The petition mentioned the assembly was a conspiracy in opposition to the nation and demanded the courtroom to punish Abdul Basit and Shabir Shah.

The district courtroom CGM Nilma Singh permitted the petition and ordered to register the case. The following listening to of the case scheduled on September 5 whereas applicant assertion could be registered first, the report mentioned.
