Snow-hit areas: COAS directs Military to help NDMA, native administrations

Military Chief Normal Qamar Javed Bajwa on Sunday directed Pakistan Military to help the native administrations and rescuers in aid and rescue operation in areas hit by heavy snowfall and rains.
In accordance with Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan Military’s rescue and aid operation was underway in rains/snow hit areas.
It added that every one the 108 individuals stranded in Chaghi had been rescued. The FC assisted Provincial Catastrophe Administration Authority (PDMA) in a single day to rescue all 108 stranded vacationers and shifted to Noshki.
