English language, a significant drawback for judges: CJ

Addressing to judicial training seminar on Sunday, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJ) Justice Anwar Zahir Jamali mentioned that English language is a significant setback for judges.
He mentioned that just one candidate out of 250 handed the English check for scholarship whereas he emphasised that English language and laptop programs should be declared obligatory.
CJ additionally informed 2 varieties of legal professionals and mentioned that as a result of absence of judicial legislation retired judges have been employed to run the establishment.
