Egypt Air says an Airbus A320 carrying 59 passengers and 10 crew disappeared
Egypt Air says an Airbus A320 carrying 59 passengers and 10 crew disappeared from radar early Thursday morning.

The airline stated Flight 804 from Paris to Cairo vanished 2:45am Egypt time, 10 miles (16 kilometres) after it entered Egyptian air house.

EGYPTAIR has contacted the involved authorities and our bodies and inspection is underway via the rescue groups.

 An inspection was underway to search out the airplane, which was at a top of 37,000 ft when it disappeared, the airline stated on Twitter.

Earlier in March, a hijacker seized a home Egypt Air flight and compelled it to land in Cyprus by threatening to blow it up with a faux explosives belt.

The hijacker was arrested after he allowed all passengers to disembark the airplane and finally surrendered to Cypriot authorities.
