Excessive potato worth hits export
The ministry of nationwide meals safety and analysis had sought extension within the date for permission to import potatoes with zero responsibility. The ECC had, on April 25, allowed duty-free import of 200,000 tons of potatoes to carry down the excessive costs manipulated by hoarders and middlemen.
