The Authorities of Japan has agreed to increase two Non-project Grant Aids (NPGAs) for offering Japanese Medical Tools, different merchandise made by Japanese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs),value 800 million Japanese Yen (roughly US$ eight million or PKR 807 million) in whole, to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.Signings for the next two tasks happened between Mr. Hiroshi Oe, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan and Mr. Muhammad Shehzad Arbab, Secretary of Financial Affairs Division (EAD) on April30in Islamabad.

NPGA is a scheme to help the promotion of socio-economic improvement effort of Pakistan by offering overseas foreign money for the import of mandatory items and commodities.
